My Bio

From an early age I was curious about life. Who am I ? Why am I here ? What is life all about ? The questions would run around in my head until it hurt. I recall a desperate desire to grasp my life's purpose, if I knew this, then the world would begin to make sense. These questions would come to me sometimes at school when I was daydreaming but mostly at night in bed.

Later on in my teens I discovered this concept to be known as 'Dharma' and to follow one's Dharma is to realise your purpose, your Divine gift and offer it out into the world.

One afternoon at my Primary school as I was playing in the infants playground, all of a sudden the sky grew dark and time stood still. A shaft of brilliant light opened up through the clouds, I felt so held and loved in that moment. And then it was gone and the day continued. This would be my first experience of an awakening and connection to the Divine.

Over many years I began to explore and train in various spiritual modalities in search of my Dharma, searching for that part of me that seemed just out of reach. There was an emptiness at times and a desire to feel whole, like a part of me was missing and on other occasions there was a desire to spiritually come home with an uneasiness that I was lost and abandoned. I wanted to feel whole. The memory of the experience as a child would come into my thoughts every now and again, like a gentle nudge to remember.

The various practices and areas that I trained in were lengthy, in depth and all originated in the East. I trained in complementary medicines and massage, numerous forms of Yoga, the sister science of Ayurveda, the mantras and Sutras of Devanagari, the ways to embrace Women's Second Spring through the Perimenopause/Menopause and Womb Medicine and Womb awakening practices, Western and Japanese Systems of Reiki at all levels, Zen Buddhism and meditation. All of these beautiful teachings and practices lead us home where we reside with an open heart full of love, compassion and interconnection. We just need to let ourselves Remember.

It became apparent in this remembering as I began to open up to my past lives and connect with and integrate my light body also known as KA body. This brought with it a deep intuition. I began to see and feel events happen before they became a reality in this timeline. These awakenings are also known as Clairsentient, Clairaudient, Clairvoyance, Precognition, Remote viewing and Telepathy. These psychic senses have helped me, not only for my healing, health and wellbeing but also for my family, my community and those that have connected with me over the years.

I am still an open book and look forward to the mysteries that await.
