Integrative Womb hara Massage

Awaken the Womb, Heal the Heart & Soothe the Mind

The Hara

This beautiful massage is built upon the foundations of Chi Nei Tsang and Womb awakening. Chi Nei Tsang evolved in Asia at a time when few Doctors were accessible, meaning more ways to heal the body by themselves were developed.

Negative emotions, stress, tension, illnesses and unhealthy ways of living accumulate in our abdominal center known as the Hara. They create blockages and stagnation affecting the organs surrounding the navel. The techniques of Chi Nei Tsang support the clearing of these blockages, restoring balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, detoxification and rejuvenation

Womb Hara

Below the Hara rests our Womb, a sacred place within our feminine body that is overlooked for its powers of renewal and salvation. As Women we can hold past trauma in our wombs. Womb hara works to unwind and release trauma from the body. These spirit gates of the Womb and Hara are awakened by massaging the abdominal, sacral and womb areas, increasing the flow of chi, our vital force energy.

Integrative Womb Hara Massage

This beautiful massage is built upon the foundations of Chi Nei Tsang and Womb awakening, and also incorporates the ancient practice of moxibustion, swaddling and wrapping as a closing of the bones ceremony.

Moxibustion is a warming therapy for the abdomen including the kidneys, womb and reproductive system. Working with the sacred herb Mugwort to add heat in the abdomen, known as Yang Qi, this moves fluids and blood, tonifying both Yin and Yang by dispersing the cold which is Yin Qi, warming and rescuing Yang. By warming the Hara we can aid fertility and reproductive health, stabilise, balance, harmonise, nourish, collect and store Qi.

Swaddling and wrapping also known as ‘Closing the bones’ ceremony, or ‘Feminine soul retrieval journey’, is given at the closing of the treatment. This is a beautiful nurturing and symbolic return home back to the self. You will feel deeply held, safe and secure. This cocooning effect can be deeply healing and transformational. You can read more about the benefits in my blog.

Integrative Womb Hara Massage can also be given in other ways as stand alone therapies, such as a moxibustion treatment, Journeying with the swadding and wrapping or Shamanic Womb Journey one to one sessions.
